Trumba Calendar

ISU uses a calendar system called Trumba.

Members of the campus community can submit events.

Submitting events

Events may be submitted by any one.

All events are reviewed and approved or denied accordingly.

Events with no clear connection to the university will be denied.

If you have many events scheduled for the semester or year they me be uploaded all at once.

This is done by filling out a specifically formatted spreadsheet with all event data. The spreadsheet is then imported into Trumba.

A change to event information (time, location, etc.) can be changed by submitting an edit request.

It may take up to 48 hours for changes to be made.

Trumba uses 'spuds' to display information on web pages.

Calendar spuds diplay an entire calendar. These spuds allow sharing, printing, subscribing, etc.

Calendar spuds can be altered through the use of Control Spuds.

Promotion spuds can display a number of upcoming events from a calendar.

There are multiple promotion spuds that display the calendar information in various ways.

Control spuds allow users to change the state or appearance of the calendar spud.
