Bulk Submissions

Multiple events may be uploaded all at once.

This is done by filling out a specifically formatted spreadsheet with all event data. The spreadsheet is then imported into Trumba.

To submit in bulk

1. Contact us to let us know you would like to do a bulk upload. We can discuss your situation and see if this is best option.
2. An xls spreadsheet will be sent. Fill out the columns for each event.
3. The spreadsheet will be reviewed and uploaded.

Time must be in the 24 hour format

9:00:00 (9am)

Column F - All day event

If it is an all day event put TRUE

If the event is at set times put FALSE

Column H - Location

This is for off-campus locations. 

Using a full address is helpful for google maps to find the correct location

Most events will be ISU On Campus Event

The other option is ISU Off Campus Event

If there is more than 1 audience group, they must be separeated by a comma.
