If you are experiencing an imminent mental health emergency please call ISU Public Safety at (208) 282-2515 or 911 for immediate assistance.

If you are a student in need or assisting a student in need, contact our office at (208) 282-2130 or come to our office during business hours and ask to speak with a counselor. We are also happy to assist faculty and staff in getting connected to the EAP or finding a counselor in the community. We are available for consultations from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday during the regular school year and from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Friday in the summer.

If you are a faculty or staff member and would like to report a concern or issue regarding a student, please complete this form. An Office of the Dean of Students staff member will contact you to discuss resources based on your report.

The Counseling and Mental Health Center does not provide crisis services when our office is closed.
