Idaho State University Bengal Dancers

The ISU Bengal Dancers are the official dance team of Idaho State University, representing Idaho State at football games, men’s and women’s basketball games, soccer, volleyball and rugby contests.   

Bengal Dancers promote school spirit at school activities and town events by entertaining and encouraging crowd involvement.

The Bengal Dancers enjoy doing various volunteer activities throughout the year working with groups like the Idaho Food Bank, Salvation Army, Veterans Home and Bannock House. They are always looking for and finding new opportunities each year.    

The Bengal Dancers also represent Idaho State University at USA and NDA nationals each year. They have have been ranked in the top 10 since 2000, ranked in the top 5 since 2010, and won two National Championships in Large Open Jazz (2008)and Hip Hop (2007).

Auditions for the 2017-2018 school year take place Friday-Saturday May 5-6.  Registration starts Friday May 5 at 4:30pm
