What is the Be A Bengal program?

The Be A Bengal program recognizes ISU faculty and staff for their amazing efforts on behalf of Idaho State University. Those nominated through the Be A Bengal survey are helping us build a campus environment and culture where trust, compassion, stability, and hope can be felt by our faculty, staff, and students! Be A Bengal submissions will be collected throughout the year and all nominees will be entered into monthly drawings for $25. On March 16, 2020, all nominees will be recognized at a reception and four “employees of the year” will be selected based on these nominations!

Trust – demonstrates respect, integrity and honesty with those they interact

Compassion – displays caring, friendship, happiness and/or empathy

Stability – helps others feel security, strength, and/or support

Hope – gives direction, confidence, and/or guildance
