Time and Location of Race

The Ambush is a team obstacle race that takes place entirely on Bartz Field on September 28th! Start times will range from 10am – 11am depending on your team’s competitive level. The race will take place at Bartz Field with packet pickup and start line by the Miller Ranch Stadium on Idaho State University’s campus.

Directions

From I-15 South take the Clark Street Exit 69, turn left onto 15th street (you will pass Holt Arena on your left), continue until the road ends (Reed Gymnasium will be directly in front of you), turn left onto Terry St., then right onto Bartz Dr. (at the end of the parking lot), then follow the signs to the starting location near Miller Ranch Stadium. You will see signs for parking.

Packet Pick-up

Please arrive 30 minutes before your heat time to pick-up your race packet and goodies. 

What is the Ambush?

The ISU Ambush is a 2-mile run with 15+ obstacle challenges throughout. This run is a team run, or an “ambush” run as we like to call it! Your ambush will consist of 4-7 members and it will take the strength of all Ambush members to be successful in this race! The course is designed to challenge your skills and the most united team will prevail! ! 

Registration Information

Early registration with T-Shirt guarantee closes Friday, September 13, 2024 at 5 PM. Regular registration does not guarantee a T-Shirt and closes on Friday, September 27, 2024 at  5 PM.

• Regular Registration - $40.00 (does not guarantee T-Shirt); September 13 - September 27, 2024 by 5 PM
• Same Day Registration - $50.00 (does not include T-Shirt); September 28, 2024 begins at 8:30 AM
