Step 1

Setup your MyISU account (formerly BengalWeb)

Idaho State students use MyISU to conduct all university-related business.

Set up your account by visiting the link provided in your letter of admission or check your email for the link from iam@isu.edu.

Step 2

Check your ISU Email Account

Your ISU email account will be critical to your success as a Bengal! We highly recommend checking this every single day and adding this email account to your mobile device for easy access. 

Logging in is simple! It's the exact same information you use to access MyISU. Simply click the email icon in MyISU or log in at Gmail.com.

Email Address: Your_ISU_Username@isu.edu 

Password: Your_MyISU_Password

Step 3

Invest in yourself

As soon as you are fully admitted by the required deadline (July 1, 2024) you will be automatically considered for our recruitment scholarships.
You must accept these scholarships by August 1, 2024.

Check BOSS for even more scholarship opportunities and be sure to complete your FAFSA to be considered for Pell Grant, Work-Study, Loans, and Need-Based scholarships.

*Check the status of your financial aid by logging into MyISU and navigating to the student finances tab. 

Step 4

Review your Articulation & Meet with an Academic Advisor

Once your official articulation is complete, you will receive an email from the Registrar's Office. Now that your articulation is complete, you can review it on DegreeWorks in MyISU.

We also recommend meeting with your Academic Advisor to discuss where to start at ISU.

Step 5

Visit Campus

Schedule an individualized campus tour, and let us roll out the orange carpet for you!

Your fully customized experience will include a walking tour of our scenic campus with a current student ambassador, meetings with the academic departments of your choosing, a University Housing tour, a one-on-one meeting with an Admission Advisor, and so much more! 

Step 6

Register For Classes

Fall 2024 class registration opens in the second week of April. Explore all of our important registration dates in the Academic Calendar.

Step 7

RSVP for Optional New Student Orientation (NSO) 

NSO is optional for transfer students, but we highly recommend attending. During this event, you will become immersed in our campus community and meet fellow new Bengals.
