About Our Personal Trainers

Joe Frey is a certified Personal Trainer through ACE fitness and is currently working towards earning his CSCS. He has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from ISU and is currently enrolled in the MSAT/DPT graduate program. Joe has worked with clients from a wide variety of age groups and fitness levels and always strives to help individuals meet their health and fitness goals. Joe enjoys participating in all kinds of exercise himself and is passionate about assisting his clients in whatever avenue of exercise they enjoy.

Laura Wightman
has been a trainer for 28 years, and she loves what she does.  She is a wife, mother of four great kids, and grandma to eleven beautiful grandkids.  She got into training after she experienced first-hand what having a personal trainer did for her not only physically but emotionally.  She became her best self! Laura believes nothing is more satisfying than seeing a person become happier and healthier.  She continually keeps up on her education and industry trends, so she can give her clients the best and most efficient workouts to best suit their needs.  She loves to help clients succeed and accomplish the goals they set.  Nothing is impossible if you are willing to work hard to accomplish it.
