"Wall Gym" Closed for HVAC Project
Student Rec Center Room 292 ("Wall Gym") will be closed April 1-June 16, 2024. The climbing wall and adjacent court spaces will be completely closed to activities during these dates. Drop-in basketball remains available in the Tennis Center’s ¾ court whenever the space is available. Indoor climbing resumes August 19, 2024.

Rec 292 Maintenance Closure - April 1 through summer
Due to an extensive HVAC project, the climbing wall will be closed for the season April 1, 2024. The climbing wall will be closed for the summer and reopen August 19, 2024 for the Fall term.
The Reed Gym pool has been closed since July 2021 due to repairs needed to update the nearly 70-year-old pool. ISU has now received funding from the Idaho Division of Public Works, Deferred Maintenance Funds to repair the pool. Construction has begun and the pool is estimated to reopen Spring 2025.
