The National Institutes of Health has awarded Idaho State University assistant professor Kirk Hevener a $415,000 grant that may one day lead to the discovery of a new drug to battle the deadly intestinal bacteria Clostridium difficile.

Idaho State University 10th-day enrollment is 11,025, down 2.1 percent from fall 2015 10th-day enrollment; Idaho resident enrollment shows increase

POCATELLO – Idaho State University 10th-day total enrollment for fall 2016 semester is 11,025, a 2.1 percent decline from the fall semester 2015 10th-day enrollment of 11,259, but Idaho resident enrollment increased by 2.6 percent.
