    Description: Scholarship is open to students enrolled in a teacher preparation program through an accredited institution of higher education and will continue in the Spring 2020 semester as a full-time student. Only students from a college or university holding membership in AAEE are eligible to participate. In addition to the general scholarships, there is a scholarship specifically for students of color.

    Description: Scholarship is open to high school and undergraduate minority students who are entering, enrolled in, or transferring into a NAAB-accredited undergraduate architecture program.

    Pacific Northwest Scholarship

    Description: Scholarship is open to minority high school seniors who are residents of Washington or Oregon state and planning to enroll full-time in the fall of 2020 at any accredited two-year or four-year college or university. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and have at least a 2.5 GPA.

    ASRT Foundation Scholarship

    Description: Foundation has more than 65 scholarships available for the 2020-2021 academic year. Awards are available for all types of radiologic science students regardless of specific area of interest. In addition to the general scholarships, there is a scholarship open specifically to minority students.

    Description: Scholarships are open to Cherokee Nation citizen students who have a minimum GPA of 3.0. There are multiple scholarships available, including scholarships open to high school seniors, undergraduate, and graduate students.

    Historically Underrepresented Groups Scholarship

    Description: Scholarships are open to minority undergraduate and graduate students who are studying Archaeology.

    American Indian Services Scholarship

    Description: Applicant must be one-quarter (1/4) Northern-Native American Indian and enrolled in undergraduate studies at a university, junior college, or technical school. Applicant must have at least a 2.25 GPA.

    Description: Scholarships are open to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in a dental hygiene or dental program. Multiple scholarships available, including specific scholarships for minority students, male students, and students in the states of California, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Virginia and Wisconsin.

    Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship

    Description: Scholarship is open to graduating, minority high school seniors who plan on attending an accredited and approved four-year institution within the United States. Applicant must show leadership potential, dedication to community service, and evidence of financial need.

    Description: Scholarships are open to students studying landscape architecture. Multiple scholarships available. In addition to general scholarships, there are scholarships open to minority students and students from Hawaii and New York.

    Paul Hastings Diversity Scholarship

    Description: Scholarship is open to 1L law students who will be enrolled full-time at an ABA-accredited law school. Applicant must demonstrate a commitment to promoting diversity and contributing to the firm’s diversity goals as a result of background, experience, personal attributes or characteristics. Recipient of scholarship will receive a paid summer associate position as well as the scholarship.

    AMS Minority Scholarships

    Description: Scholarship is open to minority students who will be entering their freshman year of college in the fall of 2020 and are planning to pursue careers in the atmospheric or related oceanic and hydrologic sciences.

    Kennedy-King Memorial Scholarship

    Description: Scholarship is open to students who will transfer in the fall or spring following the award from a Contra Costa County (California) college to junior standing at a four-year accredited institution. Applicant must belong to a minority group under-represented in the California College and University system (African-American, Americans (North, Central, or South) derived from Spanish-speaking cultures, Native American, or Pacific Islander.

    DAR American Indian Scholarship

    Description: Scholarship is open to Native American students of any age, any tribe and in any state striving to get an education at the undergraduate or graduate levels.

    Frances Crawford Marvin American Indian Scholarship

    Description: Scholarship is open to full-time students at a two or four-year college or university who is Native American and has proof of American Indian blood. Applicant must demonstrate financial need, academic achievement, and have a 3.25 GPA or higher.

    LAGRANT Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships

    Amount: $2,500

    Description: Scholarship is open to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and AB-540/DACA recipients who are a member of one of the following ethnic groups: African American/Black, Asian American/Pacific Islander, Hispanic/Latino, or Native American/Alaska Native. Applicant must be a full-time student at a four-year accredited institution in the U.S. with at least a 3.0 GPA and majoring in a field of study that has an emphasis on advertising, marketing or public relations. Applications submitted on or before January 17 will be eligible for an extra 10 points.

    Description: Scholarships are open to female graduating high school seniors who played golf in high school. There are scholarships for students who are planning on playing collegiate golf and for students not planning on playing collegiate golf. In addition to general scholarships, there are scholarships open to minority female students.

    Trust Fund Higher Education Scholarship

    Description: Scholarship is open to Delaware Tribal members attending college. Applicant must have at least a 2.7 GPA in the last semester they attended.

    ACS Scholars Program

    Description: Scholarship is open to African-American, Hispanic/Latino, and American Indian students who are graduating high school seniors or college freshmen, sophomores or juniors intending to or already majoring in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering or a chemically related science.

    Description: Applicant must be a high school senior who is a member of an underrepresented ethnic minority (African-American, Hispanic, or Native American) who has been accepted into an ABET-accredited engineering program at a four-year college or university.

    Minority Teachers of Illinois (MTI) Scholarship Program

    Description: Scholarship is open to residents of Illinois who are minority students of either African-American/Black, Hispanic American, Asian American or Native Origin. Applicant must be a current undergraduate or graduate student at an Illinois institution of higher education in a course of study which, upon completion, qualifies them to be certified as a preschool, elementary, or secondary school teacher.

    Scholarship for Minority Accounting Students

    Description: Scholarship is open to full-time minority students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting or an accounting-related major. Applicant must have at least a 3.0 GPA and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

    Udall Undergraduate Scholarship
    Sponsor: Udall Foundation
    Amount: Up to $7,000
    Closing Date: March 5, 2020
    Description: Scholarship is open to college sophomores and juniors who have demonstrated leadership, public service, and commitment to issues related to Native American nations or to the environment. Students must receive the application from the Udall faculty representative on their college campus – see website for details.

    Truman D. Picard Scholarship

    Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate and graduate students who are Native American and pursuing a higher education in Natural Resources.

    Leonard M. Perryman Scholarship

    Description: Scholarship is open to racial ethnic minorities students who are United Methodist undergraduate students intending to pursue a career in religion journalism or mass communications.

    AfterCollege STEM Inclusion Scholarship

    Description: Scholarship is open to currently enrolled students working towards a degree in a field of Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics from a group underrepresented in their field of study. Underrepresented groups may be defined by gender, race, ethnic background, disability, sexual orientation, age, socio-economic status, nationality, and other non-visible differences.

    CANFIT Scholarships

    Description: Scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students attending an accredited college or university in California who are pursing degrees in Nutrition, Physical Education, or Culinary Arts.     Steven R. Nelson Native Educator Scholarship Program

    Description: Scholarship is open to students who reside in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Washington and are a member or descendant of a federally recognized, state recognized, or terminated American Indian tribe. Applicant must be accepted to or enrolled in a master’s program in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Washington and studying education policy, leadership, technical assistance, research, or a related field.

    Description: Scholarship is open to ethnically diverse students who have been accepted to or enrolled in a post-high school program and planning to pursue a career in a medical or rehabilitation field.     Wyoming Daughters of the American Revolution

    Description: Scholarship is open to Wyoming residents who are graduates of Wyoming high schools, or receipts of a General Equivalency Degree (GED) who are of Native American descent of 1/8 or higher.
