Crystal Allen received a bachelor's degree in communicative disorders from the University of Rhode Island and a master's degree in school counseling from ISU. Allen, an entrepreneur and philanthropist, is a licensed counselor in the state of Idaho. Allen previously served as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board in the College of Health professions, and as Chair of the Foundation Development Committee. Allen created Idaho Cold Cases to highlight unsolved homicides and missing persons cases. Strong ISU supporters, the Allen family has established a generous endowed scholarship in their name.
