The Mindful Living Leadership Symposium brings together expert keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and meaningful networking to explore the connection between mindful living, resilient leadership, workplace excellence, and organizational success. Gain practical tools to strengthen your well-being, empower your team, and create lasting impact within your organization and community.
Apply "Six Pillar" concepts where we learn to cultivate Physical, Mental, Emotional, Intellectual, Spiritual Wellbeing, & Positive Relationships.

ISU Fall 2026 Expo
A free, family-friendly event happening at the end of the Mindful Living Leadership Symposium weekend!
October 17th, 2026, at the ISU Alumni Center, you’ll be able to shop and connect with a variety of local Idaho businesses, ISU student entrepreneurs, and student clubs. Grab some food from local food trucks, let the kids enjoy fun activities like face painting and balloon animals, and enter to win some awesome raffle baskets or bid on items in our silent auction, with all proceeds supporting ISU Disability Services!
Whether you’re attending the symposium or just looking for something fun to do with the family, everyone is welcome, and admission is completely free! Come hang out, support local businesses, enjoy some activities, and be part of our community!
