OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM:

The Center for Accessibility, Leadership, and Innovation is building a team dedicated to advancing accessibility, developing future leaders, and creating meaningful change.

Since its soft launch in late 2025, the Center has continued to grow by bringing together experienced professionals and Idaho State University students. Through hands-on opportunities, student interns gain practical experience, strengthen their skills, and develop expertise while contributing to real-world projects and initiatives.

Our full-time staff provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our student interns while supporting the programs, partnerships, and services offered through the Center. Together, our team combines professional expertise with fresh perspectives to support the Center’s mission and the communities we serve.

Strategic Management Assistant I Center for Accessibility, Leadership, and Innovation

Events Coordinator I Center for Accessibility, Leadership, and Innovation

I have been part of Idaho State University’s Disability Services since December of 2023 and the Center for Accessibility, Leadership, and Innovation team since December of 2025. As an Assistant Manager with Disability Services and Event Coordinator, I especially enjoy working in community engagement, relationship-building, inclusive programming, wellness, and creating opportunities that bring people and organizations together. Something people might be surprised to learn about me is that my professional journey has taken me through several different fields. From cosmetology to public health to accessibility. Each of those experiences has strengthened my ability to connect with people from many different backgrounds. My favorite part of my work is building relationships and seeing an idea grow into something that makes a real difference. I love connecting people with resources and opportunities, creating partnerships within our community, and being part of work that helps make spaces more accessible, inclusive, and welcoming for everyone.

Project Management & Organizational Development Intern I Center for Accessibility, Leadership, and Innovation

I joined the Center during the Spring 2026 semester and support project management and event coordination by organizing documents, tracking vendor, sponsor, and outreach information, and helping plan and host events. One of my favorite parts of my role is connecting with people and seeing all of the planning come together. Outside of work, I enjoy home renovation projects and love seeing a space transform from start to finish.

The Center for Accessibility, Leadership, and Innovation also relies on the help and support of ISU Disability Services Staff and Faculty.
