Enhanced Clinical Competency:
- Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and managing respiratory conditions using evidence-based practices.
- Improve understanding of advanced respiratory care techniques, including mechanical ventilation, airway management, and therapeutic interventions.
- Utilize and manage advanced respiratory care technologies and equipment, including monitoring devices, ventilators, and diagnostic tools.
- Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate patient conditions, interpret diagnostic results, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Interprofessional Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals from various disciplines to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients with respiratory conditions.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to shared decision-making processes.
- Demonstrate leadership and management skills in respiratory therapy settings, including supervising staff, managing resources, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
