W-2 Statements Available in MyISU

If you signed up for the all-electronic W-2 they are now available. Follow the instructions below to access and print
your electronic W-2 Statement:

1. Log in to MyISU
2. Go to the Time Entry & Employment Details card
3. Click on Employee Dashboard and login
4. Click on Taxes
5. Click on W-2 Wage and Tax Statement
6. Choose 2025 from the Tax Year drop down menu
7. Click on Display

NOTE: To print the W-2 Notice and Instructions to Employee (which usually appears on the back of the W-2 Wage and Tax Statement), click on the Employee Information tab, Tax Forms, W2 Notice and Instructions to Employee. You may need to clear your cookies and refresh your browser to see the current year.

Printed W-2 statements were mailed January 16 to the employee's mailing address. They will not be sent to campus departments unless that has been specified as your home address OR you do not have a current mailing address. They will not be available for pickup.

Your mailing address is in your Employee Dashboard under ‘My Profile.’ If you are not working in the state of Idaho, please email hr@isu.edu to ensure your tax profile is set up correctly.

Warning: The Office of the State Controller has received a report that a fraudulent phishing email has been sent to some state employees in an effort to steal their personal information. This phishing attempt masquerades as an official email from the Office of the State Controller and links to a fake website. If you have attempted to access your W-2 form via a fraudulent email, we advise you to immediately reset your passwords.

Warning: There have been some reports of state employees receiving a message from the IRS regarding a new W-2 form. Please delete any such message if you receive this email. It has a known virus attached to it. ISU will not be sending any electronic version of your W-2 via email.
