Facilities Services to Offer New Work Order System

Facilities Services is pleased to announce the implementation of Asset Essentials, which will serve as the new work order software for Facilities. The new form will be available beginning July 1. 

The link to the new work order request form is online. The best browsers to use are Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. You will login with your ISU email and then you will be directed to your ISU sign in page. The request form will include the following:

• Key Requests
• Transportation Rental Vehicle Requests 

Video Instructions regarding submission of work orders, key requests, and Transportation rental vehicle requests can be found on our Facilities Services website.
