Whether you're a current or aspiring supervisor or an experienced leader looking to grow your impact, there's a program designed for you.
Bengal Management Essentials - Designed for current and aspiring supervisors at Idaho State University. Through engaging, interactive sessions, participants will learn from subject matter experts across campus while exploring practical strategies for successful supervision and people management. The program emphasizes real-world application, professional growth, and collaboration. Designed to help leaders build confidence as they navigate the day-to-day responsibilities and challenges of supervision at ISU.

Format: In-person, with a distance-learning option available for remote participants
Location: Pocatello Campus; specific room/location will be provided prior to the first session
Sessions: Tuesdays, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Leadership Development 12-Week Training Series for Higher Education Leaders - Leading in a university environment comes with unique challenges-from balancing institutional goals with departmental needs to supporting diverse teams and navigating complex situations. More than just training, this series is an investment in your professional growth and your capacity to lead with greater confidence, empathy, and effectiveness. Over 12 weeks, participants will explore core leadership and management principles critical to success in higher education.
Topics and experiences will include CliftonStrengths®, Change Leadership, Becoming a Conflict Competent Team, Employee Engagement, a Q&A with the ISU Leadership Panel, a session with President Wagner, and more.
