Upcoming Change to Identity Management System

As part of ongoing efforts to keep ISU systems secure, we are upgrading our Identity Management System, which is used when you sign into any ISU system that requires your username and password. The biggest change you’ll notice will be an updated, cleaner look for the Secure Sign-On page.  The Duo authentication process is slightly different as well. 

Because many of ISU’s different systems use the Identity Management System, this change will be rolled out to those systems incrementally over the next month, with a completion goal of the end of March. This will mean that you could be asked to sign in twice, depending on if the system you are accessing has switched to the new version yet or is still using the old.  This is a temporary inconvenience, as we work through getting all the systems migrated to the upgraded version.
