Volunteers Needed for Bengal Welcome Week

Bengal Welcome Week starts on Monday, August 21. 

The first week of school can be very exciting, but it can also be a little intimidating for our new incoming students trying to find places on campus. 

At that critical time, we provide Welcome Stations staffed by volunteers who ensure that all of our incoming students feel comfortable as they navigate their new environment. Volunteers are needed to work at the stations this fall. 

We will have three Welcome Stations set up on campus (two on the quad and one on Cadet Field) from Monday, August 21, through Wednesday, August 23, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and we need two volunteers per hour per station. Each station will be supplied with campus maps. 

Please sign up on the 2023 Bengal Welcome Week Directional Guides form by Monday, August 14. Volunteering to be a Directional Guide at one of our Welcome Stations is great fun and helps our new students get their first week started on the right track.
