Volunteer to Help at New Student Orientation

April 27, 2023

How’s your smile?

Has it had a lot of practice lately?

Want to give it a real workout?

Come help us welcome our newest Bengals at New Student Orientation

You’ll get to spend an hour or two being a friendly face to our next Bengal generation—students who are feeling all of the excitement, thrill, anticipation…and, yes, some anxiety…about the next huge step in their lives.

You’ll get to be that ISU voice that tells them we’re so glad they’re here.

You’ll get to be that presence that just makes them feel a little more assured, a little less anxious, and a lot more like the Bengals we know they will become.

It’s so easy! Just bring your smile and hang out with us and our new students as a greeter, a floater, a SWAG distributor, or a host. We have sessions coming up on May 10, May 23, June 2, June 20, July 7, July 24, and August 17, and we’d love for you to join us for one or all of those dates. Just click on the NSO Volunteer Sign-up Form, and let us know your availability.

Thank you for supporting our new Bengals!

Omar Raudez, Director of New Student Orientation
