ISU understands the importance of contracts in ensuring successful and mutually beneficial engagements. The Contract Drafting - Best Practices & Tips Training is designed to provide ISU staff with the knowledge, tools, and confidence necessary to navigate the complexities of contract creation.

This training is tailored to meet the specific needs of our ISU community, offering a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices while highlighting common pitfalls to avoid. Participants will gain valuable insights into the art of contract drafting.

Our main goal is to boost the confidence of our ISU team members when engaging in contractual negotiations. By equipping them with practical skills and a comprehensive understanding of contractual nuances, we aim to enhance their ability to secure favorable outcomes for the University.

Additionally, this training serves as a safeguard against potential risks, ensuring that contracts align with the University's strategic objectives and public contracting requirements.
