ISU Login Changes- Clear your Cache and Cookies

The login system used to access BengalWeb, Banner, DegreeWorks, Moodle, ePrint, and other systems will undergo a security update during the evening of April 1. This is being done as part of an ongoing effort to improve the technology security at ISU.
When you log in to any of the systems listed above on April 2, you will see a new login screen. In order to successfully log in, you will need to go into your browser and clear your cache and cookies for these systems.
We have provided simple step by step instructions on how to clear the Cache and Cookies for the three main Internet browsers used at ISU: Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. You can also access instructions in the help sections of each of these browsers, or of other browsers you might be using.
Internet Explorer is not recommended or supported for accessing these systems, since the login page does not display correctly.
