Idaho State to Host Grant Writers’ Seminar and Workshop November 9 and 11

October 14, 2021

The ISU Office for Research will once again be hosting the Grant Writers’ Seminar and Workshops, presented by Dr. John Robertson. Designed for faculty and researchers, this workshop will cover the fundamentals and principles of developing and writing successful proposals. New this year, the workshop will be virtual and will include two afternoon half-day sessions, Nov. 9 and 11 from 1 - 4:30 p.m. each day.

Those attending the workshop will be eligible to apply for one of six one-on-one consultations to assist and critique as you prepare an actual proposal for external funding. The cost of this one-on-one consultation opportunity will be covered by the Office for Research. More information will be provided at the workshop on Nov. 11.

To register, please fill out this form by Oct.18.

The GWSW is highly intensive. Please plan on being in attendance for both sessions .

While there is no limit to the number of participants, it is imperative to RSVP as soon as possible so that workshop materials can be ordered.

The cost of attendance will be covered by the Office for Research, which will include workbooks for participants.

Please contact Steve Wright (282-2593 stevewright@isu.edu) with any questions regarding this announcement, or about the seminar.
