Shannon Curran presents at the Experimental Biology meeting in Orlando

Shannon Curran, Assistant Lecturer in Biological Sciences, was invited to speak at the American Association for Anatomy meeting at Experimental Biology in Orlando, Florida. Her presentation on April 9, 2019 was part of a symposium that highlighted the importance of cadaveric learning in anatomy courses. Her presentation was titled "Prosecting Human Cadaveric Donors in Stages to Mimic Dissection", which grew out of her work instructing students in the ISU Physician Assistant Studies program. She discussed her method of creating expertly prepared prosections (pre-dissected cadaveric donors) and the benefits over other approaches.
