Elizabeth Brunner Selected for Visiting Fellow Program

 Dr. Elizabeth "Betsy" Brunner, CMP, has been selected for the National Communication Association's Visiting Fellow Program in China, where she will teach and conduct research related to this year's research theme: “Global Environmental Communication in the Age of Crises.” Dr. Brunner will be hosted on the campus of the Communication University of China (CUC) in Beijing. While at CUC, Brunner will give a series of lectures to graduate students from across the globe about her research on environmental movements, ENGOs, and the role of social media in reconstructing attitudes about nature. CUC is one of the top-ranked universities in China and is a national leader in the study of communication and the training of leaders in a wide array of media industries.
