Donna Lybecker to Serve Second Term on U.S. EPA National Advisory Committee

 Donna Lybecker was selected to serve a second term on the US Environmental Protection Agency's National Advisory Committee (NAC). As a member of the NAC, Lybecker provides advice to the US EPA Administrator on a broad range of environment-related strategic, scientific, technological, regulatory and economic issues in coordination with the implementation and elaboration of the North American Agreement of Environmental Cooperation.
