What is CITI?

November 7, 2019

CITI stands for Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative. It is a web-based training program for university personnel and students in many research compliance areas. Some of the areas covered by the instructional modules are: using human subjects, animals in research, financial conflict of interest, research biosafety and export control. While some researchers are required to take certain CITI modules, anyone at ISU can use this resource. Go to citiprogram.org or visit Research Integrity and Compliance's website for more information.
