Public invited to view ISU vice president for research finalist presentations

POCATELLO – The public is invited to watch presentations by the three finalists for the Idaho State University vice president for research and economic development position, who will be visiting campus Oct. 21- Nov. 1. 

Each candidate will visit Pocatello to meet with alumni, faculty, staff, students and friends of the University. Resumes, biographies and campus visit schedules for the finalists are available for review online at isu.edu/vpsearch. Feedback about each candidate will also be collected online during the scheduled campus visits until 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1.

In order of their scheduled campus visits, the three finalists are Larry Silbart, Lindy Crawford and Bill Duncan. Each finalist will share brief remarks and answer questions at an open forum. The forums will stream live on Idaho State’s YouTube channelwww.youtube.com/user/idahostateu.

The schedule for forums is as follows:

• Larry Silbart – Oct. 21, 1:30-2:25 p.m., Pond Student Union Little Wood River Room in Pocatello, Idaho Falls Center for Higher Education Room 313 or ISU-Meridian Room.

• Lindy Crawford – Oct. 24, 1:30-2:25 p.m., Pond Student Union Little Wood River Room in Pocatello, Idaho Falls Center for Higher Education Room 313, ISU-Meridian Room 683 or in Room 134 in Twin Falls.     

• Bill Duncan, Nov. 1, 1:30-2:25 p.m., ., Pond Student Union Little Wood River Room in Pocatello, Idaho Falls Center for Higher Education Room 313, ISU-Meridian Room 683 or in Room 134 in Twin Falls.
