Welcome to Idaho State University in Idaho Falls! If you're visiting and need parking, head over to the Idaho Falls Parking Office. You'll find us in the Bennion Student Union Building, also known as the BSUB (the building shown in the picture above), located on the second floor in room 202, adjacent to the student services office.
As a visitor, you have the option to purchase a day pass, which allows you to park in any general parking lot across campus for the dates indicated on your pass. Additionally, you'll find pay stations throughout the campus for your convenience. Payments made at these stations enable you to park in any general parking lot during your visit.
Visitors with a state-issued Disabled Placard are permitted to use any regular parking space on campus, including those designated specifically for disabled parking.
Frequently Asked Questions
During daytime hours on the Idaho Falls campus, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., visitors may park in the visitor parking spot for one hour.
Visitors here for over one hour must pay to park using the pay stations or purchase a day pass in the Parking Office.
During evening hours, campus visitors are invited to park for free unless otherwise posted.
Weekend parking will not require a permit unless otherwise posted.
Overnight parking is not permitted.
No, all vehicles using Idaho State University - Idaho Falls parking facilities must display a valid ISU parking permit.
Parking permits are required Mondays - Fridays, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
No parking permit is needed on weekends or legal holidays when classes are not in session.
In the Idaho Falls campus, permits for the day may be purchased from the Parking Office in the Bennion Student Union Building (BSUB) on the second floor, Room 202, or using the pay station throughout the campus.
General day passes are $6 in the Parking Office.
Pay stations rate is $1.10 per hour or $6 for a whole day.

Student Services will email you a printable PDF permit to display on your dashboard, valid for the day of the tour.
If you do not receive your permit, make sure you contact Student Services before you park, to avoid receiving a citation.
All citations must be paid as they are issued or resolved by an online written appeal.
Rest assured, special parking arrangements may already be in order.
