The mission of Scheduling & Event Services – Idaho Falls is to serve as a premier planning partner for the campus and the regional community by providing innovative facility solutions and exemplary customer service. We are dedicated to facilitating purposeful events—from academic lectures to professional conferences—that cultivate intellectual vigor, strengthen external partnerships, and foster a vibrant sense of community in Southeastern Idaho.
