We regret to inform you the Passport: Round Trip to Health program is NOT available at this time, but will be implemented during the Fall 2008 semester.

State of Idaho weight loss program
ISU employees, retirees, and dependents covered by Blue Cross of Idaho are eligible to participate in the State of Idaho Weight Management Wellness Program.
Based upon your weight loss and maintenance of the weight loss, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement of up to $200.00.
