4 games in the regular season. Upon completion of the
regular season, each team that has NOT forfeited a contest,
or received a sportsmanship rating below a 4.0, is eligible
for the postseason tournament.
When is Registration?
Registration begins on January 14, and ends on January
25. If a team registers late, they will be charged a
$10.00 per day late fee.
Who is Eligible?
All ISU students, faculty, staff, and spouses are eligible
to compete in Intramural sports. However, there are
some exceptions. Thos individuals who are varsity athletes

related to their own sport. For example, an ISU Basketball
player may not participate in Intramural Basketball.
Furthermore, only 2 varsity athletes are eligible to
participate on the same team.
What does it cost?

What is this Sportsmanship Rating?
Each team will receive a sportsmanship rating at the
end of each contest. The sportsmanship rating is based
on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being an "excellent" rating,
and 1being a "very poor" rating. Those teams who receive
a 1 rating, will automatically be disqualified for the
playoffs.
What you'll win:
The Men's, Women's, and Co-Rec Champions will each receive
the sought after Intramural Championship t-shirt. "Many
enter.but only one comes out an ISU Intramural champion!"
What are my duties as Captain?
As the captain, you are responsible for your team. This
includes making sure your team is aware of the schedule,
controlling their behavior during the contest, and attending
the captain's meeting. If you do NOT make the Captain's
meeting, your team may forfeit it's opportunity to make
the playoffs.
