Paul Sivitz Receives Travel Grant

Dr. Paul Sivitz, Assistant Lecturer in History, has been awarded a travel grant by the American Philosophical Society to present a paper, "The American Philosophical Society, 1743-1746: From Founding to Failure," at the APS meeting in June. The conference is being held to commemorate the 275th Anniversary of the APS, as well as the birth of Thomas Jefferson, who served as the society's first president.
