Jacob Berger Publishes Article


Dr. Jacob Berger, Assistant Professor of Philosophy, has just had his article "Working Memory and Consciousness: The Current State of Play," co-authored with M. Persuh and E. LaRock, appear in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience 12:78. Two other forthcoming publications include, with B. Nanay and J. Quilty-Dunn, "Unconscious Perceptual Justification," Inquiry doi: 10.1080/0020174X.2018.1432413; and "A Defense of Holistic Representationalism," Mind & Language doi: 10.1111/mila.12163. Dr. Berger is giving presentations this spring at the Central Division Meeting of the American Philosophical Association (APA) in Chicago, February (Commentary on Ori Beck’s “Naive Realism for Unconscious Perceptions”)  and at the Pacific Division Meeting of the APA in San Diego, March ("Can Visual Masking Provide Evidence for Unconscious Perception?" co-authored with Myrto Mylopoulos).
