ISU's Doctor of Physical Therapy Receives 10-Year Accreditation

Idaho State University's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program (DPT) was reviewed and awarded a 10 year accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). The accreditation review process, self study, and onsite visit was orchestrated by Dr. James Creelman, PT, MS, DPT, former Director of the DPT Program and Chair of the Department of Physical and Occupational Therapy. Accreditation for 10 years is the maximum amount awarded by CAPTE and is a strong indicator of DPT programs quality. Notable contributions to the accreditation award can be directly traced to Dr. James Creelman, Ms. Nelda Wellard and the DPT program faculty, staff and students. Congratulations!
