Volunteers Needed for Bengal Visit Day

Our largest on-campus recruitment event will be here before we know it and we would really love your support! We need volunteers in all areas! More details below!

Bengal Visit Day - Saturday, April 11

As the largest event we host on campus, this open-house style event allows students and guests to explore campus completely at their own pace. During the event, they have the opportunity to visit departments, hear about our different student resources available, chat with our student clubs/organizations, take a campus or housing tour, and so much more! We will need volunteers in all of these areas along with general volunteers (current students or faculty/staff) that can assist with information tables, distribution of materials, bus guides, set up/clean up, etc.

Last year, we had over 2,100 people in attendance and are expecting around the same this year! Please share our sign-up link with your areas and spread the word about this event!

You can check out our registration numbers here. Please also view our volunteer tracking sheet here to see who has signed up to participate - you will see listed what departments and locations we had signed up last year and we will need representatives for each of these areas again this year.

Please also note that this is an entirely free event to prospective students and their families - we do not allow soliciting or selling of any type of product or materials, however, you may give away any free items that help showcase your department/club/organization (pens, pamphlets/information, swag, etc.).
