University Communications and Engagement Survey

The Office of the President and Office of Marketing and Communications are collecting feedback related to internal communications at Idaho State University.

Internal communication refers to information sharing that supports employees in doing their job. Internal communications includes email, newsletters, web based platforms, meetings, and other communication methods used by participants within an organization. This survey focuses on communications between you, your ISU colleagues, your home department or office, and other university units.

Internal communication effectiveness will be evaluated using data from this survey, the 2026 Employee Engagement Survey, Idaho State Today open and click rates, and webpage traffic. It should take approximately 6-10 minutes to complete this survey, which was shared with all current ISU employees.
