New Regence Medical ID Cards Coming for the 2026–2027 Plan Year

As part of the new medical and dental plan year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, Regence will be issuing new medical ID cards to all enrolled members. You may have received an email from Regence this week that welcomed you to the plan. Please note that coverage has not changed, and the welcome email is related to the start of the new medical and dental plan year.

The new cards will include updated group and policy numbers. Once you receive your new card, please be sure to provide it to your medical providers and pharmacies so they can update their records. This will help prevent delays in claims processing and reduce the possibility of claims being returned unpaid due to outdated insurance information.

If you have created an online Regence member account or use the Regence mobile app, you will be able to view and access your new ID card electronically once it becomes available.

Please note that Blue Cross dental coverage is not changing, and new dental ID cards will not be issued.
