ISU Revving Up for Chrome at the Dome

Idaho State University’s College of Technology will host the annual 2026 Chrome in the Dome Car Show on Friday, March 6, and Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the ICCU Dome, located at 550 Memorial Dr., Pocatello, ID 83201. Parking in the Holt Arena lot is free for all attendees.
The show will feature a wide variety of cars, trucks, and bikes from across the region, showcasing custom builds, restored classics, and modern performance vehicles. Attendees can explore vehicles up close and connect with fellow automotive enthusiasts in a high-energy indoor setting.
Show hours are 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are $10 for adults, and children 12 and under are admitted free. Tickets are valid for one day only. Funds are raised through ticket sales, with all proceeds directly benefiting students in Idaho State University’s Automotive Department.
Chrome in the Dome is organized and produced by students in Idaho State University’s College of Technology Automotive Collision and Automotive Technology programs, alongside program instructors. The event provides hands-on experience in event planning, customer service, vehicle presentation, and industry engagement, helping students strengthen practical skills that translate directly to the workforce.
The event is a fundraiser for the Automotive Collision and Automotive Technology SkillsUSA clubs, supporting scholarships, membership fees, and student competitions at the state and national levels.
