ISU Mindfulness Program Spring Retreats, Unplug and Reset

The ISU Mindfulness Program is offering two mindfulness retreats this spring. There is no charge for the retreats, and all students, faculty, staff, and community members are welcome.
The first is the Unplug and Reset Mindfulness Retreat, in person, on Saturday, March 7, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the Rendezvous ABC suites. Instruction for sitting and movement meditation will be provided, and participants are asked to bring food for mindful eating. Chairs and some cushions will be provided, and participants are welcome to bring their own cushions and yoga mats.
The second retreat will be held virtually (only) on Saturday, April 11, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Instruction for sitting and movement meditation will be provided, and participants are asked to have food available for mindful eating.
