Fidelity Representatives will be on the Pocatello Campus in February and April

To Schedule a one-on-one Appointment with a Fidelity representative or sign up for the available Zoom:

1. Visit www.fidelity.com/schedule. 
2. ‘Idaho State Board of Education’ is your employer name.
3. Select appointment type drop down (in-person, virtual or phone);
4. Select location drop down as ‘Idaho State University.’ Currently, in-person Fidelity representatives are scheduled to be on Pocatello and Meridian campuses in January. Additional in-person availability may be added in the coming months; 
5. Select date and time appointment; 
6. Fill out your information; 
7. Click ‘Schedule Appointment’.

If in-person appointments are full, you may choose virtual or phone. The in-person appointments update weekly with additional dates up to 30 days in advance, so check in periodically for new in-person appointments.
