Center for Learning and Instructional Excellence Call for Proposals

May 21, 2026

Proposals for Fall 2026 programming through the Center for Learning and Instructional Excellence (CLIE) are due on June 1.

We are currently seeking proposals for:

Master Teaching Series workshops ($200 stipend)
Faculty Lecture Series presentations ($200 stipend)
Faculty Learning Communities ($600 stipend)

We are especially interested in programming related to active learning, asynchronous teaching, AI in instruction, alternative grading, efficient course design, and supporting first-generation and diverse learners, though we welcome a wide range of ideas connected to teaching, learning, and faculty development.

If you have something you’ve been wanting to share, explore, or facilitate with colleagues, we’d love to hear from you.
