Idaho State University Continuing Education and Workforce Training to Host Mental Health Awareness Events

In recognition of National Mental Illness Awareness Week, Idaho State University Continuing Education and Workforce Training will host Mental Health Wellness events, October 5–8, 2026. Join us for events and educational opportunities focused on supporting mental health, wellness, and awareness. Contact hours are available.

The courses are free to attend and are offered over Zoom, during the noon hour, for convenience. Topics Burnout, Recognizing Distress, and Valuing Ourselves.
