Construction Schedule for Administration Building

With continuing construction in the Administration Building, several departments will be temporarily relocated.
The entire second floor has moved to the Human Development Center at 421 Memorial Dr, Pocatello, ID 83201. That includes:
- Office of the President and VP for Finance in the 2nd Floor. Entry to this building is on the South West side of the building. Accessible and guest parking is available.
- The Office of Financial Reporting and Analysis, Accounts Payable and Travel, and Purchasing are located on the 1st floor.
These teams will be temporarily in the HDC building until May of 2027.
The Office of the Provost, Office of General Counsel, Financial Student Services, Cashiers Office and Human Resources will be returning to the third floor of the Administration Building during the week of October 20.
The Cashiers Office, currently housed on the first floor of the Administration Building, will move back to the third floor in the week of October 20.
From November 2 - 25, access to the west corridor on the first floor will not be available due to flooring renovation.
NOTE: Weston Whitworth, assistant controller has returned to his office on the third floor this week.
