Human Resources is excited to announce the return of our Leadership Development Program.  

This program was designed to enhance leadership skills and empower current and aspiring leaders across campus.  Whether you're an emerging leader or an experienced manager looking to sharpen your skills, the LDP offers tools, strategies, and inspiration to help you lead with confidence. The sessions will be led by ISU’s very own subject matter experts.

This year’s program will be held every Wednesday from 10 am - noon, with sessions beginning on Sept. 10, and wrapping up with a graduation celebration luncheon on Dec. 11. 

This year’s sessions will cover leadership topics such as:

• Clifton Strengths Session 1 & 2
• Emotional Intelligence Part 1 & 2
• Leadership and Self Deception Part 1 & 2 
• Administration Council - Leadership Panel Q & A
• And Much More……..

If you would like to register for this weekly series of workshops we would love to have you. Due to the time commitment, it is recommended that you partner with your supervisor before enrolling. Please register by August 29.
