Join KISU’s Jamon Anderson as he sits down with Rachel Nelsen, student manager of Benny’s Pantry at Idaho State University, to discuss the pantry’s innovative partnership with the ISU Greenhouse. Nelsen shares how the collaboration is bringing fresh, campus-grown produce to students facing food insecurity.
