Human Performance and Sport Studies Research

Join the Idaho State University Human Performance and Sport Studies (HPSS) Department on Friday, April 25 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in Reed Gym for the annual research day event. Undergraduate students from the sport and exercise science, sport management, physical education teaching, outdoor education, and coaching programs will present their captivating research from a variety of topics.
Idaho State faculty, staff, alumni, and community members are invited to learn more about HPSS students' academic work and research through in-person poster presentations hosted in Reed Gym.
Topics may include:

Burnout in athletes with early specialization in sports
Wilderness Physical Therapy efficacy
Effectiveness in of occlusion therapy in rock climbers
Knee injuries within the sport of alpine ski racing
Confidence in Sport Psychology
