December 15, 2025

The Career Path Internship (CPI) program is proud to recognize Logan Anderson as the Fall 2025 CPI Supervisor of the Semester. Anderson is the Executive Director of the Idaho State Civic Symphony and currently supervises ISU marketing major, Vic Thomas.
As a former public educator, Anderson takes his role as a CPI supervisor seriously.
“The best part of being a supervisor is being able to help provide opportunities for ISU students to gain real-world experience in their chosen fields,” Anderson said . “These young professionals bring newly-acquired knowledge and a desire to put it to use.”
Thomas has played a key role in the symphony’s audience research, fundraising efforts, press releases, donor engagement, and strengthening the Symphony’s digital presence. Her work on newsletters and social media has been especially impressive, earning multiple compliments from patrons this semester.
Originally from Blackfoot, Idaho, Anderson brings a diverse background in music performance, conducting, education, and software client success management to his role with the symphony. After earning his Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Southern California, Anderson has found the perfect blend of his skills in arts administration, joining the Symphony in 2024.
In his free time, Anderson composes and records film music, cooks, and enjoys time with his wife and two daughters.
The Fall 2025 CPI Supervisor of the semester award also included five runners up:
