Adjusted Hours and Services as Mail and Print Center Combine into Bengal Print & Mail

As Idaho State University prepares to combine the Mail and Copy Center into the new Bengal Print and Mail, campus mail and print services will operate under adjusted hours and limited services during the week of December 15–19, 2025.

These temporary changes will support the move into the newly remodeled space on the first floor of the Pond Student Union.

Mail Center – Adjusted Services & Locations

There will be no on-campus mail delivery routes December 15–19. Departments and individuals may still pick up and drop off mail in person as outlined below.

• Monday, Dec. 15 & Tuesday, Dec. 16
• Location: Temporary Mail Center (behind Amazing Glaze)
• Services:
• In-person mail pickup and drop-off
• Receiving packages from commercial carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx)
• Wednesday, Dec. 17
• Mail Center closed
• Thursday, Dec. 18 – Saturday, Dec. 20
• Location: Newly remodeled Bengal Print & Mail space
• First floor, Pond Student Union
• Services:
• In-person mail pickup and drop-off only
• Receiving packages from commercial carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx)

All normal mail services, including on-campus delivery, will resume Monday, December 22 in the newly remodeled Bengal Print & Mail space on the first level of the Pond Student Union. With the exception of Tuesday, December 23 due to a planned power outage.

• Tuesday, Dec. 23 
• Services:
• In-person mail pickup and drop-off only
• Receiving packages from commercial carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx)

Copy Center – Adjusted Hours

The Copy Center will maintain most normal services early in the week before relocating to the new Bengal Print & Mail space.

• Monday, Dec. 15 – Wednesday, Dec. 17
• Location: Current Copy Center (2nd level, rotunda entrance of the Pond Student Union)
• Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Services: Normal operations
• Thursday, Dec. 18
• Location: Current Copy Center (2nd level, rotunda entrance)
• Hours: Open until 1:00 p.m.
• Services: Pickup of completed orders only
• Friday, Dec. 19
• Copy Center closed

Normal print operations will resume Monday, December 22 in the newly remodeled Bengal Print & Mail space on the first level of the Pond Student Union. With the exception of Tuesday, December 23 due to a planned power outage.
